ARSENAL collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) and through your other interactions and communications with us. Regarding the Information you provide us

We collect information that you provide to us directly, for example, when you create or modify your account, request services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, mailing address, profile picture, payment method, items ordered, delivery notes, and other information you choose to provide.

Information we collect through your use of our Services

When you use our Services, we collect information about you in the following general categories:

  • Location Information: When you use our Services, we collect exact location data about the Fixter's destination so that it can be at the address where the service will be provided. If you allow the ARSENAL application to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system (“platform”), we may also collect the exact location of your device when the application is running on the device. foreground or background. Important information about the permit platform

Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps can't access without your consent. We may also receive information from other sources and combine it with information we collect through our Services. For example:

  • If you choose to link, create, or log into your ARSENAL account with a payment provider (eg, PAYPAL) or social media service (eg, Facebook), we may receive information about you or your connections from that site or application.

  • When you request services, our Fixters may provide us with a User rating after providing services to you

Social media sharing features

The Services may be integrated with social media sharing features and other related tools that allow you to share the actions you take on our Services with other applications, sites or media, and vice versa. We request permission from your device for our application to collect precise location information through the permissions system used by your mobile operating system.
